About Us
Established in September 2015, the Local Learning Community Foundation’s (L2CF) mission is to promote, encourage, and reinforce active learning in families and neighborhoods. Specifically, the foundation looks to identify, stimulate, and increase access to effective and affordable learning opportunities. Outcomes are monitored to identify best practices that have the greatest return on investments.
