Hall Baggett

Hal Baggett is a professional Engineer and Mississippi Licensed contractor who has over three decades of experience in the field of Civil Engineering and General Construction. Hal has worked in all phases of the construction industry; project planning, development, design and construction.

After three failed attempts at Engineering school Hal Baggett abandoned his dream of becoming an engineer and entered the construction industry as a laborer in 1979.  Realizing in 1989 at the age of 35 that his career and salary had probably maxed Hal Baggett enrolled in college for a fourth time.  After receiving a 2-year degree in Mathematics/Accounting from Mary Holmes Junior College, Hal Baggett Transferred to Mississippi State University where he earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1993.

Hal Baggett served as a Senior Project Designer for Willis Engineering, Inc., Road Manager and Assistant County Administrator for Leflore County Mississippi, Road Manager for Lowndes County Mississippi, Treasurer for the Mississippi Road Managers Association, Vice-President of Willis Engineering, Inc. of Grenada Mississippi and Holmes County State-aid and LSBP Engineer.  Hal Baggett with his wife Dorris Baggett currently own and operate Baggett Engineering, Inc. where they serve a host of clients with engineering and constructions services.
