The L2CF is intentionally inclusive in its strategic planning activities. Care is given to ensure that all segments of the population are actively engaged to help set priorities. Collaborations involving parents/guardians, students, faith-based organizations, k-12, higher education, and community development organizations are actively pursued to achieve measureable outcomes.
